Kiwi Smoothie

This is the guilt cleanser. Often when I have really overdone it and indulged in some really nice and unhealthy foods, I ease my guilt by turning into a green smoothie as a means of detox.

Ingredients

1.2 kiwi fruits

2.1 cup baby spinach

3.1 banana

4.1 teaspoon chia seeds

5.1 cup pineapple pieces

6.1 teaspoon ginger

7.1/cup water

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
