Broccoli with chicken

This is a super easy meal for one when you are on a strict diet.ย  Each time you look upon healthy foods, broccoli is always included in greens that can help you burn fat.


  1. Broccoli
  2. Olive oil
  3. Lemon Zest
  4. Extra lemon
  5. Red chili flakes
  6. Italian herbs
  7. French tarragon
  8. Chicken breast



  • Fill up a pot with boiling water, add salt and pepper
  • Add broccoli and boil it for 8 -10 minutes
  • Using a colander, drain the water from the broccoli
  • Bring a frying pan to a stove, add olive oil
  • Add broccoli, salt, and pepper and fry for about 3-5 minutes
  • Add about a table of lemon zest and continue to fry for a minute

Chicken breast

  • Add salt and pepper to the chicken for seasoning
  • Add 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs
  • Add 1 tablespoon of French tarragon
  • Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the half lemon juice into the chicken and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Mix the herbs with the chicken
  • Slice the remaining half lemon into thin slices.
  • Into a frying pan, add enough olive oil for frying the chicken
  • Add the chicken to the frying pan with the lemon slices and fry for 10-15 minutes.

Serve the chicken with broccoli and enjoy a healthy meal.
